Wedding planning can be a bit overwhelming, but only if you let it! Take one thing at a time and check it off the list. Try to enjoy the process!

  • Purchase Event Insurance to Protect Your Investment

  • Book Vendors

    • Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Officiant, DJ/Band, Caterer, etc

  • Purchase Wedding Attire - Many dress shops have long lead times.

  • Take Engagement Photos

  • Send Save the Dates

  • Schedule Tastings and Vendor Meetings

  • Determine Decor and/or Rentals

  • Book Hotel Room Block, AirBnb, Cottages, or Other Overnight Accommodations

  • Set Shower and Party Dates

  • Finalize Guest List

  • Send Invitations

  • Obtain Marriage License

  • Organize Tips/Gratuity

  • Send Shower and Party Thank You Cards

  • Determine and Communicate Wedding Day Responsibilities

  • Confirm Timeline With All Vendors

  • Finalize Seating Chart or Table Layout

  • Submit Linen Order to Pebble Creek Farm

  • Complete Pre-Event Questionnaire Sent by Pebble Creek Farm - Be sure to submit Event Insurance at this time.
